One-to-One Reiki & Yin Yoga Sessions
A gentle space to rest, release and reconnect.
These sessions are all about you, your body, your energy, and what you need in the moment.
I offer one-to-one Reiki and Yin Yoga sessions from my peaceful treatment space in Leighton Buzzard. You can come for just Reiki, just Yin, or combine both in a beautifully grounding, deeply nurturing experience. There’s no right or wrong, just what feels most supportive for you right now.
Reiki works gently to balance your energy and support emotional, physical, and energetic healing. Yin Yoga offers slow, supported postures that help release tension held deep in the body, helping you feel more grounded and at ease.
When combined, they create a truly restorative space for your whole self, mind, body, and spirit, to soften and reset. You don’t need to be flexible or have any experience, just come as you are.

Reiki Healing - 1 hour - £45
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports balance and restoration on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Originating from Japan, the word Reiki means “universal life force energy” — the natural, healing energy that flows through all living things.
During a Reiki session, this life force energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. You may experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of peace.
Reiki works intuitively and holistically, addressing the root of imbalances and gently dissolving energetic blockages. It can be received in person or at a distance, and is safe and complementary alongside other therapies or treatments.
Reiki Can Support:
Stress and anxiety relief
Emotional healing and trauma integration
Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
Spiritual connection and clarity
Energy clearing and chakra alignment
Womb and feminine energy healing
A Sacred Return to Balance
Each Reiki session is a sacred space — a pause in the noise — where your energy can come back into harmony. It’s not about fixing you, but remembering your wholeness.
Whether you're seeking emotional healing, physical support, or deeper spiritual connection, Reiki gently meets you where you are.

Yin Yoga - 1 hour 30 - £65
Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative and restorative practice that invites you to slow down, soften, and turn inward. Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern yoga, Yin focuses on long-held, floor-based postures that gently stretch the fascia, open the meridians (energy channels), and calm the nervous system.
Unlike more active styles of yoga, Yin is about stillness, surrender, and receptivity. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing the body to release deeply stored tension and emotions, while creating space within both body and mind.
Yin Yoga Supports:
Emotional release and trauma integration
Womb and sacral connection
Nervous system regulation and rest
Hormonal balance and menstrual cycle support
Flexibility and joint health
A deeper relationship with intuition, breath, and inner stillness
Yin Yoga for Womb Healing
In this sacred stillness, Yin becomes a powerful practice for womb connection. Through soft, nourishing shapes, breath awareness, and energetic intention, we awaken the wisdom held in the pelvis, the hips, and the sacred womb space.
This is not just a stretch — it’s a ritual of remembrance, a way to reconnect to the body’s rhythms, and a gentle invitation to meet yourself where you truly are.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Yin Yoga offers a soft landing. It is a sanctuary — a place to breathe, unravel, and return home to yourself.
